These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts, memberships, and digital services concluded between Wealth Syndicate Academy (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Member" or "User") via the website wealth-syndicate.com or linked onboarding channels.
By registering, launching the onboarding bot, or purchasing an access package, the user declares full agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
Wealth Syndicate Academy provides a combination of educational content (Forex, Crypto, Mindset), live trading analysis, and access to technical execution tools (such as the Tap-To-Trade infrastructure).
The Provider does not guarantee financial success and does not conduct asset management or provide individual investment advice. All provided signals and trading parameters are purely technical and educational in nature. Technical compatibility extends to standard platforms such as MetaTrader 4, 5, and TradeLocker.
The use of the basic Telegram channel is permanently free of charge. Access to the extended ecosystem (AKASHX Premium) can be unlocked via a paid trial model for $39 per month.
Subscriptions automatically renew for an additional month at the regular rate unless they are canceled prior to the end of the respective billing period via the user dashboard or through support.
All payments are due in advance. In the event of default on payment, the Provider reserves the right to immediately suspend access to the premium area, live sessions, and Discord platforms.
The opening and funding of trading accounts with partner brokers (such as Puprime or Primeverse) is the sole responsibility of the user.
The Provider assumes no liability for losses, technical errors on the broker's side, or incorrect order executions via the Tap-To-Trade systems. The user bears all risk for setting their own position sizes and stop-loss parameters.
Since this service involves the provision of digital data streams, software automation, and instantly accessible educational material, the member expressly agrees upon purchase that the right of withdrawal expires prematurely once digital access (video funnel/premium activation) has been activated.
All educational materials, videos, proprietary indicators, and signals are the intellectual property of the Provider. Sharing access with third parties, duplicating, or commercially redistributing content and signals will result in immediate, permanent suspension without entitlement to a refund, and will be legally prosecuted.
Trading highly leveraged financial instruments such as foreign exchange (Forex) and commodities (Gold XAU/USD) carries the risk of total loss. While adhering to strict risk management practices (e.g., a maximum of 1% risk per trade) is strongly recommended, the final responsibility remains exclusively with the investor. The Provider is not liable for any damages, financial losses, or lost profits.
